Shelly Blatt- 200 Certified Yoga Instructor
I became a yoga instructor so I can help others empower themselves. My goal is to teach others how to connect the mind to the body and to believe in the power within oneself. My classes will focus on alignment, balance, confidence and learning how to own your breath and body.
I believe the connection to the pose is more important then the perfection of the pose. It truly motivates me to see my students gain confidence in themselves.
I have been practicing yoga for over ten years. I earned my 200 hour yoga teaching certification from Yoga Mountain in 2011.
I am currently training for my 500 hour certification and Yoga Therapy certification through the Karma Vault.
Own your breath. Own your body.
Yoga is for any body.
Andrea Collier – 200 Hr Certified Yoga Teacher
Practicing yoga for the past 7 years has given my life balance. For years I spent hours running from one activity to the next, not giving myself a chance to sit, reflect and regroup, then I discovered yoga, believe me it wasn’t love at first sight, guess that is why they call it a practice. Then one day on my mat I realized that yoga truly calmed me, gave me more patience and toned my body all at the same time, who could ask for more. I wanted to share this love with all around me, so I decided to get certified as a yoga instructor and to spread the word about YOGA. I teach a vinyasa style class, which is a flow yoga. It is a smooth way that the poses run together, and a connection between movement and breath. If you have never tried yoga please come out and give it a whirl. If you are an experienced practitioner I will make sure you get a great mind, body workout by taking the moves to the next level. I teach an all levels class that will inspire you to shine on and off your mat.
